  Have you checked with Pacific College? They have a sliding scale.

      Tim Foulke does all my med management (I am a psychotherapist in private practice, but can't prescribe). He is kind, smart, professional & alternative... & a fine human. I highly recommend him. Not sure about his rates, but ask if he can work with you.

  PSU has a sliding-scale program, as well. Student doctors. I have found great help there a couple of times.
